Flag: second mandate

Flag: second mandate references the folk art tradition of painted pallet flags common in rural and exurban areas. Constructed from dismantled wooden shipping pallets or simply using the existing horizontal slats of the pallet as stripes, pallet flags can be seen in yards, marking driveways, or alongside rural roads.
